We provide Well Child/Tamariki Ora Health Checks for registered children from the ages of four weeks to five years. The health checks include:

• Clinical assessment and health protection
• Health education and advice
• Family/whānau care and support
• An opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you might have about your child’s health and development.
